Wish I could review the haircut, however, I didn't manage to get that far. About 10 mins after I checked in, I received a text saying I'd be up in no more than 10 more minutes. The next available stylist was basically flirting with the customer before me and dragging out his appointment time for an additional 20 minutes. Then, once he departed, she spent another 5 mins cleaning up her area with no sense of urgency whatsoever. A simple customer service nod of "sorry, we're running a bit behind. I'll be with you in just a couple minutes" would have probably sufficed. Instead, nothing. Just an attitude that said "I'll be with you when I'm ready." So, I left. Folks like this think they're in the hair cutting business. First and foremost, they're not. They are in the customer service business. With plenty of places to get my hair cut, I refuse to spend my money with people who don't appreciate my business.
