I came with me son to get my hair cut and they took my son back. They had 5 call a heads that had not shown up. While cutting his hair 5 call aheads showed up. His hair was done. They told me sorry it will be 30 minutes for you. I said we came in together as a family. Now you are going to break us up over a call ahead? If you move one of the two people who come in you love them both. It is poor business to do anything else. For a new location this is very POOR management. I asked for the “manager” and she said sorry that’s the way it is. I asked for the regional and she refused to give me her contact info. I have gone to the 2ns street location for years. I will NOT be back to this location even though it is only 1 mile from my home. You have a long way to go to get this place to the quality I normally get at sport clips......let’s see if I even here from the REAL store management.

I went into the store they were six people upfront I was asked to check in which I did that I was asked if I checked in by someone else they said they’d be with me in a minute. I sat down 10 minutes later I walked out. Clearly much more interested in doing anything but cutting hair. Very poorly managed stores in my opinion. I have you sports clips for many years in Nebraska and always was pleased. The stores in Oklahoma don’t seem interested in cutting your hair
